Shipping & Returns

We do not accept any return of the product. However exchange can be made if the goods are damaged – free of charge shipping applicable. We will replace or fix the damaged product and send it back to you. You should email us manually to contact@taleofnightingales.com to make exchanges.

EXCHANGE POLICY
1. Exchanges can be made in the case where the products you receive is damaged or not in the condition described in our webstore (ie. It is not wearable, broken, etc). You should email us within 5 days upon receiving the product and describe in your email what is wrong with the product.

2. We will respond to your email and give you our designated address. Please send the product back to us ONLY after we repond to your email.

3. You have 7 days beginning after you receive our email response to send the product back to us. Products must remain new and unused with the tag still attached and complete with the packing you receive it in. Products that shows any evidence of use will not be exchanged.

4. If 7 days after our email response we does not receive the product, we have the authority to reject your exchange. Exceptions can be made if the products are not received due to the errors of the shipping company.

5. If under certain circumstances we are not able to exchange or repair the damaged product, we will refund your money via bank transfers (for both domestic and international customers). We are also not responsible for taxes and duties charged during the exchage process for international customers

For domestic customers, you can ask JNE to pick up your items if you are too busy to deliver the goods to JNE. Pick ups can be arranged by calling (Jakarta only) 021-566 52622
